Vocal Training with Sophie

Sophie Garner is The Confidence to Choir coach. 30 years as a professional singer and expert vocal coach has earned her that title. She was the very first artist to play the main stage at London's O2, has coached on The Voice Kids for ITV, released 4 albums and has a Master's degree in singing, songwriting and the benefits to health and wellbeing and works for Headway Bedford running  specialist music sessions for brain injury. 

Sophie is also a motivational speaker and published author and this workshop has the additional bonus of celebrating her third book  'Reawakening The Creative Playmaker'. It will be available on the day with special goody bags for everyone who makes a purchase.

 It is a beautiful full colour book and journal in one and Sophie has written it for women. 

It's packed with exercises, ideas, inspirational quotes, affirmations, poems. There are pages to write on and a section of paper designs to cut out and craft with. The whole book is based around creativity and self expression. The purpose is to reconnect women to the child who had to grow up!
