Launched by a pair that recognise the misinterpretation of chocolate, this magazine, luscious in both contents and presentation, brings a passionate burst of energy and an adoring glorification of the substance incomparable to many – Cacao!
It is a biannual, independent print magazine celebrating the world of fine chocolate. Within the pages of the first issue, the reader’s treated to an introduction to the world of fine chocolate, an interview with award-winning maker Chocolate Naïve (what a job!) and amongst other notable articles, a recipe for chili chocolate pudding with whipped coconut cream; a gorgeous conflict of flavours I for one wouldn’t want to miss out on.
For their second issue, they worked with Chorkung to capture the essence of the ‘Land of Smiles’, otherwise known as Thailand where many of this issue’s stories take place. Articles include a look at the latest chocolate trends with The Chocolate Journalist, Sharon Terenzim, a delve into the past, present and future of chocolate in Thailand and the concept of tasting with colour.
