DELIVERY GUIDELINES
UK 1st Class - up to 7 working days
UK 2nd Class - up to 10 working days
EU Standard - up to 6 weeks
EU Tracked / Signed For - up to 4 weeks
INTERNATIONAL Standard - up to 4 weeks
INTERNATIONAL Tracked / Signed For - - up to 4 weeks
We ship all orders within 24-48 hours. Please note that any orders placed after 12pm Mon-Thu shipped same day, Friday, Saturday, Sunday will be shipped on the Monday (Tuesday after Bank holidays).
Please note that these timescales are guidelines, and unfortunately the busy seasonal period coupled with strikes etc will have caused a backlog for all domestic and international post within Royal Mail.

SINGLE ISSUES
The prices of magazines are not inclusive of postage costs. First and Second Class Post office delivery is offered for items weighing up to 2kg (for over-sized magazines and those weighing more than 2kg, 2nd Class Post office delivery will be used). For occasionally bulky Children's magazines and those over 750 grams in weight, 2nd Class Post office delivery may be assigned. Combined orders weighing in excess of 2kg will be dispatched by 48hr courier service. Unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for any items that are lost in the post. Items dispatched via courier will be tracked. Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us.
Orders must be placed before 12pm for First class post office delivery.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
Magazine Heaven
All prices for magazines subscriptions listed on Magazine Heavens website include delivery and packaging. Your subscription will start with the next available issue. The delivery date is determined by the date that you placed your order and subject to availability within store or the print date of the next available issue.
INDUSTRY STANDARD DELIVERY SCHEDULES
- For weekly publications please allow up to two to four weeks for your first delivery.
- For monthly publications please allow up to four to six weeks for your first delivery, however some publishers, including Time Inc and National Geographic, have longer lead times and may take a few weeks longer than this.
- For bi-monthly publications please allow up to six to eight weeks for your first delivery.
- For special offers and free gifts please allow up to six weeks for delivery. Free gifts are sent separately and will not arrive with the first issue of your subscription.
- For international delivery and magazines from abroad please allow up to ten to twelve weeks for your first delivery.
